How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy can help in a short time by helping you to connect with your inner Self for guidance. A healthy relationship with one's Self is at the foundation of happy relationships with others. I can help by teaching you body awareness, self-soothing skills, self-acceptance, and communication skills. I can also help heal any emotional scars caused by childhood abuse, neglect, or trauma (bullying, sexual abuse, incest, accidents, illness, witnessing violence, etc.) then, or later in life.
