You are probably reading this because you would like something different in your life. Perhaps you would like to experience more joy, ease and/or sleep, or you would like less stress, conflict or sadness. Maybe don't know what you want but would you like different but would like the space and guidance to find out. For the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working with many different types of individuals and couples. They have taught me a lot. By creating a safe and collaborative environment, we can help you to achieve your full potential. By working together we are able to connect you to the wisest part of yourself to produce lasting change. We would decide which one of the interventions I know that fits you best and continue to tailor our work to your individual needs. I also take outcome measures so see if our work together is having a real change in your life. If it is not we can change course so it is so.

More Info About My Practice

I quite often have my small dog, Marley, with me at my office. He is a small dachshund-pug mix that will give you space or affection as you want it. My office is also up a small flight of stairs with parking next to the building.

My Role as a Therapist

I see my role as a therapist as one that sets the conditions of safety, curiosity and hope within my space and myself. Then we work together to find your own unique path. It is important to me that you see positive outcomes in your live from the work we do together. I monitor this and then we are able to make adjustments that increase your outcomes. I see my job as pointing us in the right direction or setting a path and then the speed we go is up to you. I do not believe in getting into conflict with parts of you that are protecting you. Instead, we want to welcome and understand any resistance or reluctance. This allows for more ease and comfort during therapy.
