In my experience, external circumstances directly reflect internal workings. Therefore, to change our outside life, the work must start within. My practice is about meeting ourselves in the present moment with the understanding that as we feel into our pain, expansion of experience is opened, allowing for greater expressions of love and joy. The therapy becomes a place to be with what we so often deny ourselves, the tenderness, shakiness, fear, suffering, connectedness, love, bliss, and so much more.

Together we dive into the depths of trauma, shadow, wounding, fragmentation, and defended parts so that integration and wholeness can occur. We observe old patternings that have shaped your life; giving them less power, and the opportunity to experience a more genuine present self. And as we so often are hurt in relationships, it is through the therapeutic relationship that one can heal.

When we are born we come into this world in our truest form. Then as we grow up, friends, family, culture, and painful experiences cause a structure to form. This structure protected us and is what we needed to survive, but now that we are older we can look at how that structure, behavior, belief pattern, etc. is no longer serving us. It is only through current external life challenges that this structure cracks, creating an opportunity to release old wounds and defenses and allowing for both present and past healing to take place. From this stance, every external event is an opportunity to work within and although we cannot change how excruciating our hurt is, there is potential within it for immense growth. The therapy becomes about moving out of the structure and psychological conditioning and into a deeper spiritual connection with ones authentic self.

I believe all the resources and healing potential you search for is innate and already exists within, sometimes we just need someone to help assist us in experiencing our fullness. The work tends to bring about greater awareness, acceptance of self, and integration to wholeness.
