My unique and humanistic approach to helping people has been shaped not only by my education but also by my personal and professional experience. I desire to connect to people by providing them with a safe space to share their stories and begin to unravel what it is that is holding them back from reaching their true potential. I have experience working with substance abuse, PTSD, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, transitional life issues, trauma, crisis intervention, and much more. As a therapist and co-founder of Newtown Family Therapy, I am passionate about empowering people to gain insight into who they are and helping them understand the barriers they face in feeling at peace. When we are mentally unhealthy everything in our life suffers including our relationships, careers, confidence, and attitude. None of us are free from the suffering that being human ultimately brings, but we are also capable of finding joy even through our greatest challenges. More Info About My Practice

Currently I accept Cigna and Husky Medicaid insurance. My fee for a 45 minute individual session is $125. I offer a sliding scale payment on a necessary and temporary basis. My fee for a 45 minute couples or family session is $150.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
