In my practice I seek to help others become able to work through the concerns that bring them into the session in a positive, holistic, natural way. I believe that one must take into account not only your thoughts, but also your experiences and environment to create the change that you feel you need to make. As such, I think a successful approach is to develop realistic skills related to the system you live within, and become able to conquer and improve upon negative thought and emotional patterns. I use a variety of approaches to individually address the needs of each individual I see. In terms of my experience, I have the most experience with working with individuals with concerns related to mood disorders, anxiety, impulse control, and those working through major life transitions. I have also worked extensively with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, especially in regard to helping to develop an understanding of the social world around, and how to become able to successfully engage others and navigate the many transitions of life.

I try to provide a warm, positive, empathetic environment that remains effective at addressing the concerns that brought you in, but also allows you to realize your potential in other areas as well.
