I practice with the idea in mind that all people are capable of healing themselves and that my role is to help you access your ability to accomplish this through a trusted relationship. I practice psychotherapy from a client-centered perspective which means that we will work together to identify goals that address areas where you wish to grow. I will simply use my training and expertise to help you overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of your healing or self improvement, so you can accomplish your life goals.

My approach is integrative meaning that I will use different approaches tailored to best help meet your individual needs. I also will help guide the healing process through an appreciation of the connection of the mind and body.
