LMFT - 1403
I believe that we all have a tendency toward growth and to be the best we can be. Sometimes we get stuck in negative relational patterns that inhibit us from growing. Exploring these negative cycles and its dynamic helps us not only improve the relationship but also realize what is happening within ourselves. We get to know ourselves better and heal from experiences that have been particularly painful. Because it is very difficult to see what we cannot see, we sometimes need help to be able to broaden our perspective and see beyond what is apparent. That allows us to really see ourselves. My role is to help you explore yourself and help you be the best you can be. I can help you reach your goals and live a more fulfilling life and establish healthy and positive relationships.

I specialize in relational issues and traumatic experiences. Trauma is any experience that has been particularly painful. There are chronic traumas (that occur within a long period of time) and a specific trauma (which is one specific event). Dysfunctional relationships can be traumatic and extremely painful. I help determine what is the root of the problem. Usually what we think is the problem is not the real problem. We need to explore deeper to find what is really causing the problem. I use several techniques to help get to the deeper problem and reprocess it. My techniques include EMDR and hypnotherapy.
