More Info About My Practice

I'm fortunate to have a therapy dog in my practice. Research supports the use of pets in therapy. This practice has been shown to reduce stress, increase rapport, help clients to become more cognizant of emotional reactions and support resiliency in individual sessions.

I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and my clients have experienced great outcomes, addressing a wide range of adverse life experiences, using EMDR.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Often when you face challenges in your life, you may be unable to share these issues with people close to you, for fear of rejection or other negative repercussions. By choosing therapy, you're able to address the issues with which you struggle, in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment and with the help of a professional who is called to help people.
