My Approach to Helping
Uncertain about therapy? I am here to help and support you, and believe that the distress that brings you to therapy can provide an opportunity for growth and change for the better. I create an environment where my clients feel respected and heard. My collaborative and open orientation is toward healing and personal growth, it is based on the belief that we are capable of change, and finding new adaptive ways of overcoming our challenges. I look forward to meeting with you and hearing what brings you here.
