My Approach to Helping
Taking steps to find a therapist is a courageous and hopeful act. It may be one of the most important decisions you will make.

Therapy can help you to create a life you love in part by increasing your resilience to the debilitating effects of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, creative blocks, relationship issues and oppression, to name a few.

Transformation and healing is a collaborative process made possible with the compassion, respect, patience, acceptance and deep listening mind of a caring therapist. Each person is different and therefore each treatment is unique. By understanding and working through early life experiences and relationships, as well as dynamics that may be outside your awareness, deep and lasting change may be achieved.

I work with adults and adolescents with a wide variety of challenges, including issues related to creativity, depression, anxiety, learning disabilities, relationships, and sense of agency.
