My Approach to Helping
Do you feel like no one would love you if they knew the real you? Have you felt unloved and unvalued most of your life? Do you feel lonely even though there are people around you? Have you believed that there is something wrong with you? Are you longing to move beyond the walls that have been constructed around you? Do you deeply desire to start living a life free of self-loathing and self-condemnation? Are you ready to gain greater insight, find understanding, and make peace with what has been in your way? Then I can help.

We all need help in life from time to time. Sometimes when we are suffering and feeling stuck, depressed, anxious or deeply unhappy, we need the help of someone who has been trained and is highly skilled and understanding. Someone with incredible insight and compassion. Someone who can create a supportive and judgment-free environment, and join with you to safely uncover and explore what is getting in your way, and keeping you from a happy and fulfilling life. Someone like me. I have worked with individuals, couples and families for over 10 years, helping them work through the experiences and road blocks that have gotten in the way of their happiness, and I can help you.

I also specialize in Healing Relationships and helping couples connect on a deeper level, and understand one another better than they ever thought possible. I can give you and your partner the tools you need and teach you both the understanding and skills necessary for a mutually loving, lasting and fulfilling relationship.

I am also deeply committed to helping you and your family members heal in relationship to one another, particularly for families that may be struggling with issues of Blending together such as in Step, Adopted or Foster Family relationships, LGBTQ families, as well as those families that are coming together after long absences.

I am also very concerned about helping you heal in relationship to yourself, particularly in regards to the specific challenges facing those who are struggling with their Body Image and Disordered Eating.

Through Spiritual Counseling and an attitude of open-mindedness and wonder, I can also assist you in your search for and relationship with the Spirit that dwells within. I will also help you in discovering your essential and authentic self, and accessing your profound inner wisdom.
