In today's world, life is complicated and often we have difficulty finding the best way of dealing with stress, such as, overuse of medications or alcohol, binge eating, excessive gambling, overspending, too much free time spent on the internet/interactive video games.
Let me help you sort out these reoccurring uncomfortable thoughts and feelings through proven techniques, as well as being there for you. We will create hope that has been lost and discuss alternative ways to deal with distressful situations. You will set the pace of therapy, so that it will be comfortable and supportive for you. My role will be a springboard, nurturing your feelings and spirit, supporting and awakening all of your positive attributes, while being there with an unconditional, understanding ear.
I am certified in addictions such as chemical and behavioral (gambling, food, internet), grief/loss recovery counseling, and have years of experience with people who feel depressed and/or anxious. A background in medical conditions aids me in a knowledge of medications and debilitating illnesses.

My fee is 80.00 an hour, but I am willing to work with your budget. I accept several insurances. Working hours Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling.
