Blending eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, therapeutic yoga, and psychedelic preparation and integration, I offer a somatic framework that integrates all parts of you, including body, mind, and spirit. I support clients in releasing blockages, accessing their inner healing intelligence, reconnecting with joy, and living from a grounded and compassionate place. Specialized areas of focus include: Anxiety, panic, obsessive-compulsive challenges (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), learning disabilities, children of aging parents, grief, loss, abandonment trauma (single-incident), posttraumatic stress (PTSD), complex posttraumatic stress (CPTSD). Women’s issues: chronic health concerns, motherhood, being child-free, marriage, and divorce.
