My Approach to Helping

My Approach is helping client's develop a clear understanding of their issues that prevent them from finding resolution and healing. My sessions provide depth and insight which impacts emotional well being and improves their relationships with people. I have gotten many results working with client's on a short term basis. Client's who are motivated to work on themselves would be best suited for my practice. It is crucial that you feel a good match with your therapist. I would be happy to consult with you be phone to see if we could work together. My client's are able to work through their issues in a supportive and motivating environment which helps them feel understood, empowered and hopeful. My specialties include working with adolescents, adults and families who are experiencing difficulties with various relationship problems, depression, eating disorders and parenting teens. Learning how to cope and communicate your feelings instead of turning to self-destructive behaviors and negative patterns is a large focus of our work.
