My Approach to Helping
Sometimes taking care of ourselves is the hardest thing because our lives don't have therapy built in our day. We become masters at dealing with our struggles, depression, anxiety, and we never seem to get to a point where we are actually making a change. We see what we are doing isn't working yet we continue to do the same. Change can come from working in the present moment, working with some of the past, and working with the expectations lost and those still hoped for. With your commitment to the process of therapy we can work for changes.
