Hello! Accepting in-person new clients. Asking for help can be difficult but often necessary in order to make the changes that will improve the quality of our lives. I'm originally from Southern California and have lived in Charlotte for several years. I'm a licensed therapist with a degree in psychology and a master's in clinical social work. I have a gentle "no-nonsense" direct approach that clients find VERY productive throughout the course of therapy.

I'm skilled at treating many mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, divorce, self-esteem, transition, burnout, feeling "lost" or stuck to name a few. I'm also a neurofeedback training practioner for some established therapy clients (my website explains more). I look forward to hearing from you soon!
