I believe that all individuals have strengths and skills. I work from a strengths based model. I do not work solely from one model but like to match the model of therapy to the individual's needs. I believe that individuals are the experts in their life, environment, and relationships. I believe in empowering individuals to utilize their strengths and skills as tools to turn their life around, so that they can see obstacles as opportunities of growth.
