My Approach to Helping

In our work together I offer a space in which all parts of self are welcome. I support your authentic self coming into full expression. We mindfully explore early learned patterns of experiencing and relating that no longer work in your life. I believe that you have all the inner resources that you need to heal and to have a fulfilled life. I have been doing this work for 20 years and am constantly awed by the wonderful capacities and strengths I see in the people who come to work with me. I trust and respect your deepest self and it's unfoldment and hold your process with compassion and understanding.

My fee for a 60 minute hour is 100. dollars with a generous sliding scale. My work is informed by what I have integrated from various trainings and from my spiritual practice.

I am comfortable and skilled in working with internalized shame and helping each individual access and deepen into her or his greater and expansive self. I have a great deal of experience with issues such as self hatred, anxiety, feelings of worthlessness and grief arising from early relational trauma like sexual,emotional, and physical abuse,neglect and abandonment. My work is informed by various healing modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, AEDP and 14 years as a student of the Diamond Approach.
