Diana Romer is a Registered Clinical Counsellor practicing depth therapy and specializing in self-awareness, grief and loss, trauma recovery, depression, and anxiety.
Diana works from a Humanistic perspective, in other words: every person has the innate ability to develop a stronger and more healthy sense of self. It is a holistic approach, integrating all aspects of a persons experience. Counselling is a two way effort entailing mutual respect, responsibility and consideration
Through a combination of talk therapy, body awareness, and spiritual exploration, Diana brings clients to a deeper awareness of self.
By recognizing the meaning of past experience and the impact on present functioning, clients are able to move beyond their old beliefs and discover a new way of being in the world.
Most people at some point need help to work through challenges that block the way to success and happiness.
In a counseling relationship, the therapist and client work collaboratively to:
Say what has been held in for too long.
Change old beliefs and habits that cause unnecessary suffering.
Discover your own inner strength and become more resilient
Develop new skills to boost self esteem, enhance relationships, and increase your sense of joy
Offering a variety of services, pricing packages, and locations in which I can see you. I strive to stay flexible so we can work together successfully.
