I believe that all people carry within themselves the resources to solve their life's challenges. They just don't always know how to access those resources. I help people who are experiencing challenges in their relationships or personal lives find their inner resources. I see therapy as a journey my client and I take together. I can help you navigate the sometimes difficult and turbulent waters in life, but you are always in charge of the direction we are heading.
