My Approach to Helping
My practice is based on an admiration and respect for the uniqueness of every life and every story. I pay close attention to your specific situation, and make sure I get a clear understanding of what you are going through. In a safe and productive space, we work together to overcome obstacles and make sense of your experience, helping you feel stronger, more capable, and happier with your life.

More Info About My Practice
My work integrates psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive behavioral approaches, with an emphasis on mindfulness as a means to achieve greater mental health and happiness. I approach each client with sensitivity and compassion, and utilize over ten years of training and experience to find solutions tailored to each individual client. My expertise in art therapy allows me to work effectively with children and adolescents who are less verbal or aware of what is troubling them.
