My Approach to Helping

Therapy is an experiential process that utilizes a strenght based, humanistic approach to working with the whole person in a safe setting to create an atmosphere which draws from the person's inner resources.

Quality therapeutic process helps people realize what they already know, creating a sense of empowerment and motivation to deal with life on its own terms.

The necessary content of the solutions to people's problems naturally emerge from the inside, out within the safety of a professional setting.

Good therapy draws from a diverse history of creative techniques to help people transition away from thinking of life as a problem to be solved, towards experiencing life as a mystery to be embraced. Having made this transition, we bigin to skillfully practice life as an art form.
