My Approach to Helping
My practice is wholistic in nature, combining Raja Yoga Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Neurofeedback to help clients learn to live happier more harmonious lives.
My general approach is solution oriented and I have successfully helped clients overcome and manage problems associated with anxiety, depression, attentional issues, stress management,sleep disturbances,headaches, memory problems, and relationship issues.

My fee is based on a sliding scale.
Many insurance companies cover my services, however I am an out of network provider so services are covered at a lower rate than in network providers.
