My Approach to Helping
Maybe you've tried everything you can think of on your own, and you'd like to get some help with changing the old patterns that keep getting in the way. Every day I work with people who are struggling with painful patterns in their relationships and feelings of hopelessness. Often people lack the confidence they need to get what they really want. I love helping people find the courage and tools they need to let go of what's not working so they can live with more confidence and joy, and create the relationships they deserve.

I specialize in helping couples with relationship or marriage problems. Perhaps you are working through a crisis or you're having the same arguments over and over. Maybe you are dealing with a betrayal in the relationship. We can work together to strengthen your relationship in any of these situations. I enjoy teaching committed couples strategies to deepen their relationship bond, heal communication problems, and increase the likelihood that they will stay together and feel happy and satisfied for the long haul.
