My Approach to Helping

Emotional regulation is fundamental to integrating in society, achieving self-sufficiency, and harmonizing with the environment. Through researched and tested mind-body psychotherapy like EMDR, Brainspotting, and neuro-feedback, I offer a space for clients to go into their "stuff" and safely process. I also offer psychological education and nonviolent communication practice. Couples can witness eachother in a healing process and realize their "triggers," increasing compassion and understanding in their intimate relationship.

More Info About My Practice

Children express through the language of play, and as an experienced play therapist I can safely create a space for your child to "master their struggle" and return to age-appropriate relational play. If a child you know is acting out, or suffered a trauma such as a motor vehical accident, invasive medical procedure, or high conflict divorce, play therapy can help.
