Cultivating increased self-compassion, self-trust and self-confidence will also be some of the inherent goals of therapy.

I employ techniques from EMDR and trauma-informed depth therapies that aid in resolution of long-standing issues by guiding you in self-healing via your processing of unresolved memories and emotions that are keeping you stuck.

I am not on any insurance plan, but I can be seen as an out-of-network provider. I offer a sliding scale and discounted fees for those who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy.
