I employ techniques from EMDR and emotion-focused therapies that aid in the surprisingly quick resolution of long-standing issues by guiding you in self-healing via your processing of unresolved memories and emotions that are keeping you stuck.

I am not on any insurance plan, but I can be seen as an out-of-network provider. I offer a sliding scale and discounted fees for those who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy.
