What's My Approach to Therapy?
I support women in healing the heart through a holistic, compassionate approach to therapy. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, grieving loss, or healing from the effects of childhood trauma and complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My work weaves together expressive arts—such as visual art processes, journaling, movement, and music—with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to allow for deep, core-level healing.
Spirituality is honored as an inner resource in my work, offering a pathway to connect with the sacred, the divine, or a sense of something greater than oneself—always in ways that align with each client’s beliefs and values. I am also a certified SoulCollage® Facilitator, and this creative modality can provide wisdom and direction in one’s healing journey.
