Our approach to helping others at Iron Vines Counseling, LLC begins with belief in your ability to overcome what you are facing. Resiliency and adaptation can be learned; when the wind doesn't blow our way, we adjust our sails.
We are a team of counselors in the Williamsburg, VA area that can meet in person and by telehealth to serve the greater Virginia area. We serve individuals aged 16 and older, as well as partnerships. Our combined specialties range from depression anxiety and mood disturbance, to surviving trauma, and ensuring that our practice remains now, as always, a safe space for marginalized persons to receive quality, private counseling services.

Iron Vines Counseling, LLC is a clinic that provides professional, private counseling services from post-masters, license-seeking professionals under the supervision of Dr. Victoria McLaughlin, PhD, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Professional (LSATP), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Dr. McLaughlin has trained to the doctorate level in her field of counseling, education, and supervision, has practiced counseling since 2012, and has owned and operated a private practice in Williamsburg, VA since 2016. Dr. McLaughlin has also been consistently employed as graduate faculty in her field since Fall 2017. Our clinicians are screened carefully to ensure they are the best fit for your needs and can carry Dr. McLaughlin's full endorsement to serve you. Our clinicians are qualified, motivated, energetic, caring, and are ready to help.
