My Approach to Helping
My mission as a therapist is to partner with individuals to improve their communication skills, self-esteem issues, negative self-talk, and decrease self-harming behaviors. I am a dedicated, motivated therapist that strives to guide my patients of all ages toward their sense of happiness. My passion as a therapist is to support those struggling with anxiety disorders (including panic disorders), depression, substance use concerns, and other psychiatric conditions.
To support patients in reaching their desired goals, I collaborate with individuals and integrate various evidence-based modalities within my treatment, such as; Harm Reduction strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
By utilizing these interventions, I can support those I treat in living a more mindful life. I look forward to partnering with you to help you realize your goals!
