My Approach to Helping
Are you having conflicts in a current relationship and not feeling supported or loved by your partner? Or have you recently lost a relationship and are going through painful feelings of grief or loss? I help individuals process these feelings to better understand what is happening, become more aware of patterns you may have and how to improve your current or future relationships. I emphasize creating a safe environment to share your thoughts and feelings and encourage feedback to meet your individual needs.
Working individually I can help you with current relationships and the feelings associated with them as well as help you process thoughts and feelings from prior relationships. I can also help you process and heal painful feelings from childhood trauma that may be affecting your relationships now.
I have over 25 years experience counseling people from different backgrounds. I am experienced working with individuals with current or past relationship problems as well as related trauma from childhood.
