Oftentimes, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness sneak into our lives and make us feel stuck. In addition, experiences with trauma can make us feel like we are not deserving of support. You deserve mental health support that seeks to understand your unique experiences, needs and goals. Depression, anxiety and experiences with trauma can be debilitating mental health concerns that impact our well-being, relationships and daily living. These moments can be tough to navigate without someone to trust and confide in for support.
The first step of seeking help can feel intimidating and overwhelming. I would love to make the process as comfortable as possible for you. I strive to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where we can collaboratively and compassionately work through your challenges.
