Growing this awareness can be the first step towards shifting the lens through which we see ourselves and the world to one that might offer us more compassion, hope, permission to pursue new or more compatible directions, and encouragement so we can feel better.
Trained in psychodynamic therapy, I aim to provide you with a safe and secure container, as well as relationship, in which to process your past and present experiences. We'll get curious about what's at the root of your struggles, while strengthening your resiliency and striving to bring you towards deeper self-knowing, authenticity, and fulfillment in life.
