Have you been thinking it's time to get your life and health in order? I am a clinical psychologist and certified health coach in private practice for over 20 years. My area of expertise is the treatment of anxiety, depression and weight and health issues. My philosophy is to help you become healthy both physically and mentally. I believe that when you have a strong physical foundation, it is much easier to handle life's challenges. You may be seeking treatment with me because you suffer from anxiety, depression, low self esteem or weight and health problems. As health improves and weight stabilizes, you will experience concomitant improvement in mood and mental well being. My approach is holistic, non-judgmental and compassionate. Together we will identify the repeating patterns in your life. I am goal oriented and will give you the tools you need to be successful.

Treatment is structured so that you will have 2-3 goals per week to make lasting changes. The mind and body are intimately connected . As a psychologist and certified health coach, I am uniquely qualified to help you overcome your psychological challenges and to help you create a lifestyle that promotes health and vitality! If you are struggling with poor body image, low self-esteem, or are tired of not feeling your best emotionally and physically, it is time to make a change. I can help you identify your goals and provide the support, guidance and accountability you need to get your life and health back on track. My fees range from $125.00 - $175.00. I accept Out-of -Network Insurance. Payment is requested at the time of service and can be in the form of cash, check or credit card.
