My Approach to Helping
In my practice as a mental health professional I strive to create a warm, calm, and nonjudgmental atmosphere of acceptance and understanding. Uncertain world events, past traumas and events, interpersonal and relationship concerns are just some of the common reasons individuals might seek therapy. Sometimes it can be hard to decipher the reasons why we're just not feeling ourselves or why we aren't able to function at our full capacity. It can be difficult to cope when everything just seems so overwhelming. I believe that each individual is the expert in their own life, but that sometimes everyone needs a little guidance to help pull them out of the fog or at least someone to listen and give them space to process. I'd be honored to work alongside you as you explore your strengths and how they can be utilized to foster your personal growth, healing, and success.
