My Approach to Helping
Some days and weeks are harder than others, aren't they? You might feel stuck in life, caught up in constant worry, or down and depressed. Maybe you're here because you could use a little extra help getting through a tough time in life. Or maybe you have a hard time facing or making decisions, setting boundaries, or communicating your ideas. We've all been here at some point in life. I want you to know that you're not alone, and you're in the right place. Therapy can help, and I am here to support you through it.
I provide therapy for a wide range of personal needs and am experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am trained and experienced in Trauma Therapy, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment for you to heal from abuse or trauma you may have endured. If you're not ready to face or process a specific trauma now, and you want to focus on something different, that's okay, too. We'll start where you are and go at your pace.
