From anxiety and depression to the pressures of imposter syndrome, relationship struggles, and communication issues. I offer a compassionate and empowering approach tailored to your unique needs.
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).
