For the past 15 years, my clinical expertise has focused on providing people with tools and techniques to move past anxiety, stress, panic, worry, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship problems, and depression. I also have great success helping individuals adapt to daily stressors and increase effective coping through major life transitions like adjustment to college, new jobs, marriage, children, break-ups or divorce.
