My Approach to Helping
I have life experiences that help me to relate to your experiences with the guidance of master's level classes and training and spiritual insights. You bring your concerns to a listening ear and 20+ years of experience in the clinical setting. Beliefs we develop in childhood carry with us into adulthood and subconsciously affect our decision-making, often to our detriment because of loss of self-esteem. This can lead to unhealthy codependency, addictions, and perfectionism. Self-doubt, loneliness, depression, failure, or a sense of inadequacy are the result of this toxic shame. Healing of the inner child brings recovery to all areas of life.
