My Approach to Helping

My mission is to approach each person as a unique individual with their own story. I meet them where they are in their journey and hope to collaborate, using my skills as a professional and their expert judgment about themselves to powerfully change their lives. I have learned there is not one approach when working groups and individuals. I have found that using a wide variety of techniques and skills can enhance growth and development for people. My style tends to be warm, approachable, and direct looking to the early years to provide explanation and the current desire for change and goal setting.

More Info About My Practice

I have been allowed to be a part of so many stories and lives. We honor each other by sharing our stories. It is how we connect and heal. The services I provide have been cultivated by these experiences over the years and bolstered by the science.
