My Approach to Helping
I'm glad you're here. Let's talk. My goal is to support individuals and couples navigate issues related to life transitions, substance use, stress, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, intimacy, and depression. My approach is trauma-informed, and I provide a holistic perspective, with an intention to help clients achieve balance. I utilize strategies of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and the Gottman Method to help individuals and couples gain awareness of their patterns of behavior, thoughts and emotions.
Together, we will create a plan to process life events, understand and replace unhealthy coping strategies, improve communication skills, and embrace personal and interpersonal growth.
