My Approach to Helping
Living with the weight of past traumas can feel like being trapped in a loop, where old wounds surface in unexpected moments, making it hard to find peace. You may feel disconnected from loved ones, overwhelmed by emotions, or uncertain about why certain situations evoke such strong reactions. It can be exhausting to navigate daily life when feelings of hurt, fear, or sadness keep creeping in. You may long to feel safe, understood, and fully present, but it seems just out of reach.
Together, we’ll explore your emotions in a supportive space, helping you feel more at ease and better able to navigate them. By connecting with your emotions and understanding your inner world, you’ll gain clarity and control. Over time, this process fosters self-connection and strengthens relationships, allowing you to live with greater ease and confidence.
You don’t have to struggle alone. I will help you navigate your challenges so you can heal and grow. With support, progress happens faster—and you deserve to feel better. Take the first step toward change today. I’m here to listen, guide, and help you move forward. Reach out now; your well-being matters.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
Trauma can leave deep emotional and physical imprints that affect how you feel, think, and connect with others. Whether you?ve experienced sexual abuse, emotional neglect, or other forms of trauma, healing is possible. I provide a compassionate and structured space to process painful memories safely?at your pace and within your window of tolerance.
I also help clients struggling with panic attacks and posttraumatic stress (PTSD or complex trauma). These symptoms often show up as fear, hypervigilance, anxiety, or feeling ?stuck.? Using evidence-based practices and somatic awareness, we work to calm the nervous system, reduce triggers, and restore a sense of inner safety and control. My goal is to help you reclaim your strength, reconnect with yourself, and experience greater peace in daily life.
My Therapy Focus
My work centers on helping individuals and couples heal from trauma, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. I specialize in trauma recovery, relationship repair, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. Drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Together, we?ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, foster emotional safety, and help you move toward greater clarity, connection, and confidence?both within yourself and in your relationships.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Seeking therapy is a sign of strength?not weakness. It takes courage to look inward, to face the parts of yourself that are hurting, and to want something better for your life and relationships. We all carry experiences that shape how we see ourselves and others. Therapy is a place to understand those experiences and free yourself from old patterns of shame or self-blame. You don?t have to carry it all alone?healing begins when you decide you?re worth the effort.
