My Approach to Helping

I work with clients using talk therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), depending on client preference. Safety, respect, equality, confidentiality, and attunement are key qualities you can count on when you work with me. I am patient, grounded, non-judgmental, and forgiving. I don't focus on pathology but on strengths that can be tapped and grown. Using my experience and intuition, as well as the latest scientific insights from neuropsychology we can get down to the core issues which may be stopping you from achieving what you want to in life and heal those issues.
