What's My Approach to Therapy?
Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, and a strong, trusting fit is essential for meaningful and effective therapy. I always start with a free consultation to explore whether we’re a good match. My approach is authentic, compassionate, and collaborative. I work psychodynamically, which means we look at you as a whole person—exploring patterns, early experiences, core beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape present-day struggles. Often, what feels stuck or familiar once served a protective purpose. Together, we build insight into how the past shows up in the present, creating space for deeper understanding and change.
I work with diverse populations, specializing in anxiety, depression, attachment and relational issues, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, and cult recovery and coercive control recovery.
My experience as a teaching assistant at OPCC has enriched my dedication to continuous learning and passion for this important field. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you would like to schedule a free consultation. Looking forward to hearing from you!
