My Approach to Helping

I am a compassionate and careful listener. It has taken courage to take the step to seek the involvement of someone else to work on something that is important to you. Whatever your need is -- to just talk with someone who will not judge you or might provide a helpful perspective, to suggest tools for anxiety and stress management, or to provide treatment strategies for more extensive mentalbehavioral health issues, I can offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment to help you with YOUR goals. I am trained to understand human nature. My natural talent for observation has provided to me an empathetic and varied perspective allowing me to offer helpful guidance towards personal insight or initiating desired change. Our work would be about YOU and YOUR needs and goals; not what I think you should do.
