I conceptualized counseling via a humanistic lens, as I believe that not one person has the same experience, thus my work emphasizes and celebrates the uniqueness of every person. By creating a supportive environment for all thoughts and feelings, I encourage my clients to be present as their authentic selves. Through an inegration of narrative therapy, motivational interviews, and acceptance and commitment therapy, I am able to engage with my clients on topics related to their past, present, and future. Therefore, promoting insights and motivations to assist my client in determining how they wish to progress and enhance their lives through goal-oriented actions.
