What's My Approach to Therapy?
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kent State University and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Dayton. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I am passionate about working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, obsessive compulsive condition, and self-esteem concerns.
I am dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. I believe deeply in the power of collaboration, working alongside you to identify meaningful goals and create lasting, positive changes. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I use a person-centered approach to counseling, as well as integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
