My Approach to Helping

It might not seem possible to have a life without your thoughts or feelings taking over. I'm here to tell you that relief is possible and you don’t need to suffer anymore!
We will work together to manage your anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or symptoms associated with ADHD. I am experienced providing various anxiety and depression treatments, cognitive training (memory and attention), four different trauma treatments backed by research, and psychological testing. Together, we will pick a treatment that’s best for you.
