My Approach to Helping
I provide individualized behavioral health services in a safe and supportive environment using a collaborative and client-centered approach because I believe the greatest results are achieved when the client is the driving force of treatment. I encourage my clients to approach therapy with an open mind eager to achieve their goals. I motivate my clients to believe that true and lasting change is possible and to feel optimistic about their futures. I offer individual, couple, and family psychotherapy sessions via telehealth appointments seven days a week with flexible evening and weekend availability to accommodate busy schedules.
