I have been providing outpatient counseling services for children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 20 years and have over 30 years of experience working in social services. I am dedicated to helping clients reach their therapy goals and learn new skills to improve the quality of their lives. I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. I work with clients to address a multitude of issues including: depression, anxiety, adjustment to change, life transitions, family issues, relationship issues, stress, and communication.
