My Approach to Helping

Your pain is real, even if you can’t explain it to yourself or to others. Living with chronic illnesses such as Lupus and Fibromyalgia can make you feel isolated, unheard and unseen. You are not invisible! You have an invisible chronic illness.

Are you suffering in silence with stress, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, exhaustion and so much more? Is your relationship impacted by chronic illness? You need a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings without feeling judged. Maybe you've lost a loved one to death, life circumstances, chronic illness or a life planned that never manifested? You're angry, hurt, feel lost, & struggle to get through the day. But you don't have to. This is not the end. There is hope on the other side. We're here to support you in this journey.

We specialize in supporting women struggling with chronic illnesses. Through online therapy, we'll help you calm the storm within and tap into your inner strength and peace. We'll work to develop new skills to support you day to day and to help you find your voice. This will help to improve self-esteem so you can be better seen & heard by family and others.

We use an eclectic approach to counseling that may include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, and Prepare and Enrich.

Just as you are unique, so is our approach and techniques to helping you. You already have everything you need inside you to reach your goals. We meet you where you are today. Help you to access these internal gifts and teach you to use them to find a pathway to where you’d like to be tomorrow.

Join me for a free 15-minute consultation to see how I can assist you with improving your mental health and life with chronic illness!

We specialize in supporting women struggling with chronic illness. Our goal is to help you better manage the pain and effects of chronic illness, individually and as a couple. Through online therapy, we'll help you to calm the storm within and tap into your inner strength and peace.
